At My Super Kicks, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival at the shipping address.

To request a refund:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged or faulty item.

Refund Process:

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged or faulty product before processing the refund. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
